What you will be doing: The Customer Support Officer is responsible for the effective and efficient handling of customer support enquiries for the Northern Territory region, including but not limited to phone queries, investigating freight locations and any administrative duties as requested to support effective customer support delivery. What we ideally require from you: Qualifications and experience Demonstrated experience with customer support interaction. Administration skills and experience. Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer skills. The maintenance of a current open driver’s licence is desirable. Key attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-developed customer service skills. Work planning and time management skills. Clear and legible handwriting. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental principles.
