About the Role: As part of the Management team, the E-Commerce Warehouse Manager is accountable for the final mile customer experience ensuring orders are delivered in a correct & timely manner for the Industrie, Industrie Kids, Roler and Myer businesses both domestically and internationally. Leading the Online Warehouse Team, responsibilities include leading the team to be their best, overseeing the order fulfilment process (pick & pack) and inventory movement processes, meeting commercial & productivity objectives around staffing and stock holding & stock takes, along with ensuring the workplace meets health and safety requirements. For the right person, there is the opportunity to evolve and grow the Online Warehouse operation to meet growing customer demand. Key Responsibilities: Overall running & management of the Online Warehouse & its team. Accurate and timely processing of all global online customer orders. Management of the relationships and performance of our logistics providers. Maintaining high standards for operational performance and influence team to do the same. Stock checks and replenishment of online processing supplies. Assisting with weekly forecasting and fulfilment initiatives to improve processing efficiency. Set up & finesse due process & checklists to ensure optimal results. Proactively planning future capacity requirements. Delivery, improvement and reporting on KPIs. Troubleshooting and proactive escalation of issues to ensure rapid recovery and an application of learnings. Supporting growth and business changes required within the business and with 3PL suppliers. Process improvement and process training. Working closely with global warehouse teams, buying, planning, digital, IT & customer service. About You: Excellent communicator and ability to interact with people across all levels. Highly accountable with a can-do attitude. Continue to work efficiently under pressure. Willingness and ability to learn new software programs quickly, on the job. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and prioritize your own time and workload. Ability to record information accurately and produce accurate & timely reports. Team player.
