Job Description
Job Description Oversee all phases of assigned projects, including requirements gathering, budgeting, managed service, implementation, and maintenance. Develop and maintain a rolling project forecast, assessing annual maintenance program requirements. Facilitate the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) with partner teams, ensuring alignment with contract documents, including RFQs/RFPs, change orders, purchase orders, and invoicing. Evaluate the performance of on-site partners, escalate issues through company policies, and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality standards, collaborating effectively with operational teams, cross-functional project teams, and external partners. Proactively identify and evaluate project risks and issues, proposing and implementing actionable resolutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with data center leadership teams, as well as other internal stakeholders (operations, finance, safety, security, legal, and procurement). Possess general knowledge of data center operations and facility management. Detail-oriented with a proven ability to self-motivate, follow through on projects, and adhere to accurate and complete documentation and issue tracking procedures. Proactively enhance your knowledge of data center-relevant technologies. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Proven experience in core project management disciplines, including scope definition, schedule development, budget management, quality control, risk assessment, and critical path analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on budget management. 5+ years of experience in data center and facility operations. 5+ years of experience in technical project management. Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. Demonstrated experience in vendor management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
