ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a skilled DFR Practice Manager to join our Operations team at Sonic HealthPlus. This role will involve working closely with key stakeholders, including national and state-based managers, and overseeing the management of multiple DFR sites across Western Australia. You will lead a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including Medical Officers and Psychologists, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance, and high-quality care for candidates while upholding operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the DFR National Operations Manager, your key duties will include: Leading, coaching, and developing teams to deliver outstanding customer service while cultivating a high-performance, achievement-oriented culture. Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across Sonic HealthPlus and DFR teams. Coordinating workforce management across all clinics, optimising staff schedules to meet operational needs and ensure efficient room utilisation. Providing regional oversight of payroll processing, including timesheet approval, tracking, and addressing payroll-related queries. Managing human resources tasks, including training, mentoring, and overseeing administration and nursing staff. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a Senior-level Practice Manager position within the medical field, with a preference for candidates who have Occupational Health experience. Strong leadership skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, are essential. Additional required skills and attributes include: Proven ability to engage, motivate, and manage staff to achieve business goals. Proficiency with computer systems and software.
