About the OPPORTUNITY We have an opportunity for a Regional Asset Manager to join our team based at our RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW Offices . We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and/or hybrid working. You will be responsible for: Leading the ongoing development and implementation of the Asset Management Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. Maintenance and investment planning, budget management, and lifecycle delivery to sustain and enhance the built environment. Overseeing Facility Management (FM) service delivery, ensuring efficient and reliable services at designated locations. Ensuring that business goals and performance expectations are achieved including: technical integrity, safety health and environment, finance, delivery, and quality. Implementation of co-created built environment asset management plans. Maintaining FM records and technical data baselines as detailed in the FM contract and statutory requirements. Advocating flexible Workspace standards to optimise property footprint value. Developing and managing the Built Environment budget to ensure value is realised. About YOU Australian Citizen (Essential), eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance. Extensive experience in Facilities and Asset Management. Leadership experience managing integrated FM and/or performance-based contracts across dispersed geographical locations. Demonstrated ability to realise value through outsourced FM services across a national portfolio containing mixed property types (office/warehouse/industrial/manufacturing). Exposure to whole life facility planning design, construction, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Certified qualifications in the related fields of Asset Management and Facility Management.
