Opportunity Overview We are excited to offer a Permanent Part-Time position as a Personal Care Attendant at Aveo Lindfield Gardens. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a real difference in the lives of our residents. Key Accountabilities Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize resident autonomy and dignity. Maintain open and effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery. Adhere to Aveo's policies and procedures, prioritizing resident safety and well-being. Essential Skills and Qualifications Diploma/Certificate in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance. Valid First Aid & CPR certification. Police Check clearance (we can facilitate this process). Current COVID-19 Vaccination status.
