MP Recruitment Echuca are seeking a Team Leader to fill a temporary contract position for our client. Our client provides support services to people with disabilities, the aged and their families.The successful candidate will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to deliver supports in the home or community using the active support model. Responsibilities: Client Supports - Client Files, Support Plan, Funding agreements, Risk Assessments, Health Plans, NDIS planning process and positive communication. Staff Management – Rostering, Chair monthly team meetings, ensure policies and procedures are followed. Administration – Records keeping, OH&S standards, Management of client’s budgets, Reporting on performance. To succeed in this role, you will require: Current Drivers Licence Level Two, First Aid Evidence of three doses of COVID-19 vaccination or a medical exemption Working with Children Card NDIS Worker Screening Check Community Services or equivalent qualification Strong leadership qualities and knowledge of NDIS will be highly regarded for this position.
