Dangerous Goods Transport Operations (Allocator) Booth Transport has been a market leader in the provision of bulk haulage for over 80 years. We are a fast-paced operation with time critical freight along with important customer requirements. An opportunity has become available in our Operations team based at Burton SA. We are searching for an individual who prides themselves on compliant scheduling with a positive, can-do attitude. Prior transport experience in Linehaul allocating is essential. Your primary role will be planning resources, fleet allocation and co-ordination of our Dangerous goods transport movements. This is a full-time, permanent position. The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for: Day to day operations of our fleet involving road, rail and wharf services Timely and effective scheduling with clear communications provided Maintenance planning with the workshop/washbay teams Liaise with clients and internal key management Preparation of relevant transport documentation & paperwork Safety focused leadership Job creation in our Transport management System (TMS) Assisting other team members and departments as required The successful candidate needs to have the below attributes: Prior transport and supply chain knowledge Reliable, flexible and team orientated mindset High attention to detail Sound experience in Microsoft programs Immediate start available, Salary negotiable to experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
