Job Description

Data Analyst - Disability & Aged Care Sector ONCALL Group Australia is a leading provider in Disability and Community Support Services. ONCALL is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with at least three years of experience, preferably in the disability and aged care sector. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Digital and Technology, this key position will see you take on responsibility for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to enhance service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires collaboration with various departments to support data-driven decision-making, improve client outcomes, and meet regulatory requirements. In this key role you will: Gather, clean, and maintain structured and unstructured data from internal and external sources. Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting tools that assist senior management in making strategic decisions. Analyze operational, financial, and clinical data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Support compliance, quality assurance and audit teams by providing accurate data insights. Liaise with operations managers, finance teams, care coordinators, and IT teams to understand data needs. Present data insights to executive teams and board members to support strategic decision-making. To be successful you will need: A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role within the disability and aged care sector, including NDIS and aged care regulatory reporting. Experience working with large datasets and relational databases. Knowledge of relevant technologies & tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, SQL, Python, R, VBA, Alteryx, Apache Spark, Microsoft SSIS, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a proactive approach to process improvement. Why Join Us?
