This enables them to deliver actionable, in-the-moment, data-driven solutions that improve CX, ROI, and growth for ASX financial services, retail, technology, and services clients.The role: Insights Project Manager This role will see you partnering closely with the business's largest account – a leading financial institution.You’ll lean into your project management, operations, account management, technical, research, and data analysis capabilities as you implement CX and VoC programs to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and user experience.
