Job Description

HSO is a leading Microsoft Partner with an established pedigree in Dynamics. Although we are relatively new to the ANZ region, we have quickly made our mark as a safe pair of hands for customer's D365 implementations. Our rapid growth over the last 3+ years means we are now looking for Senior D365 professionals to join our growing team. This role can be based in New Zealand or Australia. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end data migration for D365 F&O projects Develop and execute data cleansing and validation processes Use SQL, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory for data migration Ensure data aligns with D365 F&O business processes Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data migration What You’ll Bring: Several years of experience in D365 F&O data migration Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading Experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory Deep understanding of the D365 Finance & Operations data entities and the Data Import/Export Framework Good functional knowledge of D365 F&O business processes Proven expertise in data validation & cleansing Strong attention to detail and punctuality The right to work in either New Zealand or Australia You are: Passionate about delivering high quality solutions for our customers Ambitious and eager to learn Fluent in English, both spoken and written A great communicator with a creative approach to solving problems Proactive and self-motivated Customer oriented and outcome focused Happy working independently with minimal supervision or as part of a larger team A team player who can easily fit into a vibrant team of colleagues from different cultures and locations Why Join Us?
