Base pay range A$100.00/hr - A$175.00/hr Job Title Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to design, implement, and optimise D365 ERP solutions. Your expertise in bridging technical and functional aspects will ensure successful project delivery. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, guide teams, and drive innovation. Main Responsibilities Configure and design solutions tailored to business and industry needs on the D365 ERP platform. Analyse and re-engineer business processes using best practices. Deliver clear, logical design documents and high-quality solutions. Demonstrate proficiency in business process analysis, data modelling, and solution delivery. Apply Microsoft implementation methodologies and deploy enterprise applications. Strong knowledge in Finance; Supply Chain and Commerce experience is a plus. Hold relevant Microsoft certifications. Functional Skills Define functional solutions and address customer business requirements. Lead Fit/Gap analyses and oversee UAT processes. Estimate work, deliver functional designs, and address high-level business needs. Contribute to best practices and drive innovation within the team. What you bring Proven experience in Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (5–7 years) Collaborative, curious, and committed to doing the right thing. Comfortable with D365 ERP and the Power Platform to solve business challenges. Experienced in agile environments and client engagement.
