About Our Client One of the world's largest mining organizations, with a strong presence in Brisbane, is expanding their growing data and analytics capability to achieve a data-centric, insight-driven business model. Job Description Work closely with global process leaders to define the scope of data to be converted from legacy systems into Workday data structure. Own the completion and consolidation of the data conversion workbooks, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data before importing into Workday. Lead and guide the Regional workstream to define the scope of data to be converted from offbox systems into Workday data structure. Map data between Workday and legacy systems, ensuring data mapping adherence to configurations in Workday. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues during the conversion process. Collaborate and support the global process leaders and local system SMEs to cleanse data, validate and reconcile data loads, and resolve defects. The Successful Applicant Strong experience working as a Workday Data Conversion Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Workday data structures, including core HCM, recruiting, compensation, learning, performance, and talent modules. Demonstrated proficiency in understanding business processes and security in Workday. Experience with ETL processes, data conversion tools, and data integration. Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Experience in Agile ways of working. What's on Offer 12-month contract plus extensions. Multiple roles available (2 Data Modelers, 1 Data Migration Lead). 50% Hybrid work model (2-3 days per week in office). Brisbane CBD based office.
