In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic analysis and delivering key reporting to support business decisions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying areas for improvement and driving performance enhancements using both qualitative and quantitative data. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong analytical and strategic mindset who enjoys solving problems, investigating and storytelling through data. Your new role Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with the ability to provide strategic analysis and actionable insights for business improvements. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, contractual, industry codes, and company policies. Review and manage process and policy improvements across the business unit. Collaborate with team members to derive conclusions and provide recommendations based on data analysis. Support the development and implementation of operational and organizational design initiatives. About you A minimum of 1 year of case management experience within Workers Compensation, preferably using Guidewire Claim Centre. Experience with data reporting and analysis is highly valued. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyse data effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights in a clear and actionable way. Strong strategic and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on identifying solutions to business challenges. Practical experience in continuous improvement methods and techniques.
