Fixed-term, full-time position available until February 2026 An exciting opportunity for an Organisational Performance Officer to join the University of Adelaide during a time of history making change! The Organisational Performance (OP) team incorporates mini centres of expertise to support learning, workforce planning, organisational/work design, career planning, people performance and inclusion with an overlay to support change across the University within these areas. In this role you will provide high quality administration, coordination, and customer service support within the OP team, with a specific focus on processes that elevate staff capability, engagement and performance across the University. To be successful you will need: A commitment to lifelong learning and a desire to support our people on this journey. Completion of a diploma level HR qualification with relevant work-related experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Excellent coordination and administration skills, including the ability to effectively support learning events. Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with our people in a courteous and professional manner.
