Job Description We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst with the following qualifications: 10+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. 5+ years experience in Data Lifecycle Management, Data Governance, Data Strategy, and Risk/Compliance. Demonstrable knowledge of applicable industry risk frameworks and data quality practices. Technical / Professional Skills Experience working with relational databases and advanced SQL skills. Combination of data skills across the data analytics process including data collection, ETL, data wrangling, data cleaning, data mining, data visualization, and data presentation. Key tools include Excel, Power BI, Python, and R. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without a direct reporting line. Change management skills to drive the adoption of new technologies and ways of working. Strong expertise with data management and governance roles, principles, processes, and procedures. Non-Technical / Soft Skills Lateral, strategic thinker with excellent conceptual reasoning. Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage time (and the team's time) across complex projects running in parallel. Resilient in nature, with the ability to work under pressure and manage personal workload amidst constant change. Strong team player and collaborator. Exceptional role model with high professional standards and work ethic. Entrepreneurial, optimistic, creative, and energetic, with a high degree of initiative and proactivity.
