What We’re Looking For Simulation experience – hands-on experience with modeling complex systems. SimPy or AnyLogic – strong proficiency in at least one of these tools. Python or R – solid programming skills for data analysis and modeling. GenAI - personal or commercial projects welcome. Growth mindset – a willingness to learn, experiment, and innovate.
