About the role : As a Test Manager at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality data testing for our clients. In this full-time role based in Melbourne, VIC, you will play a crucial part in the success of our Information & Communication Technology projects. Responsibilities and Key Skills: Lead the testing efforts for data platforms, ensuring high-quality data testing from ingestion to staging to presentation, covering pipelines and stored procedures. Drive automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and accuracy, specifically focusing on enhancing testing processes. Identify and implement value-add initiatives (such as synthetic test data, environment and release management uplift) to enhance the overall testing process and deliverables. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their testing requirements related to data platforms and ensuring their satisfaction. Provide clear direction and guidance to offshore teams, ensuring alignment with testing objectives and priorities related to data platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the data platform development lifecycle. Develop and maintain testing strategies, plans, and methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accuracy for data platforms. Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and drive resolution as needed. Provide UAT support and ensure test reporting is comprehensive and actionable for data platforms. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data platform testing.
