About the role: As our Dealership Management System (DMS) Manager, you are the primary support to our dealership staff for our Tune DMS system, driving performance, communication, and strong partnerships across all departments. Your role is critical in ensuring we achieve our shared business goals. Key Responsibilities: Drive innovation and best practices by implementing Tune DMS training programs for our dealership network. Identify and support dealership DMS champions across the group. Provide technical support for software maintenance or use. Ensure a seamless operating environment between our DMS, Dealers, and customers by resolving issues efficiently. Build strong, active partnerships with Dealers to enhance Tune DMS system performance for our Dealership network. Ensure Dealers meet our DMS performance standards across all areas. Conduct regular dealership visits and track DMS progress through Dealer Visit Reports. Uphold our brand reputation by managing policies and programs that strengthen Dealer and customer relationships through the system. Administer system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and its integrity. Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures. Prepare support documentation and training materials for end users of document management systems. About you: It goes without saying that you'll be a first-class communicator – a true professional with the capacity for negotiation at all levels of seniority. Ideally, you will already grasp the nature of Dealership Management Systems and have at least 5 years of experience using and managing a DMS System, but it's more important that you have the commercial maturity to grasp the challenges of this amazing industry and help lead others to success. Your knowledge and experience in working with information management systems in a diverse and complex organisation is essential for your success in this role. You will also need to possess excellent team management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and highly-developed verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
