Vacancy Reference: 66046 Patient Communication & Sales Lead Location: Chelsea, SW10 Salary: Up to £35K DOE, plus comms Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, 08:45-18:00 (1 hr lunch) Practice/ Further info: Private high-end practice, award winning and specialising in Cosmetic Dentistry Beautiful modern design, with 5 treatment rooms onsite SOE software More info upon interest in role Role Overview: Working alongside the Reception team but focusing on patient communication and sales Supporting the practice in converting phone leads to booked consultations in practice The practice has a fantastic reputation which results in consistently above 200 phone leads monthly The ideal applicant will be extremely patient-focused, making them feel listened to and understood Must be confident in building rapport with patients and extremely warm and friendly whilst on the phone Preferred Experience: Experience working in a Private setting is desirable Must have excellent communication both on the phone and in person Must be well-presented at all times Previous experience in a FOH/ Coordinator role is preferred Strong knowledge of Cosmetic treatments is preferred: Smile Makeovers, Clear Aligners etc #J-18808-Ljbffr
