APS 6 - Deployed ICT Service Performance Manager $91,702 - $104,753 + up to 15.4% Superannuation Canberra - ACT The Role The Service Performance Manager oversees service management processes, contracted service and operational level agreement definitions, and service reporting.The Service Performance Manager will work independently with the opportunity for reasonable autonomy and accountability for the achievement of outcomes of their work. They will exercise both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy and in the application of practices and procedures.The Service Performance Manager will have considerable level of stakeholder engagement and will liaise with stakeholders in relation to complex issues. They will be required to identify, anticipate and respond to stakeholders’ needs and expectations to achieve work unit and Defence outcomes.About our Team The Directorate of Deployed ICT (D-ICT) operates within the J6 Operations Support (J6OS) Branch under the Cyber Operations Division (COD) within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG).D-ICT is a hybrid Systems Program Office (SPO) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) organisation, it operates and sustains network capabilities/products built for, and operating in, deployed environments that are not consistently serviced by the Defence Strategic Network as an extension of the Defence Single Information Environment (SIE).D-ICT currently supports the following products: Fleet Information Environment (FIE) Fleet Information System (FIS) Deployed Information Environment (DIE) Australian Mission Partner Environment (AUSMPE) Our Ideal Candidate Skills to perform critical and complex information and communications technology (ICT) analyst activities ensuring the organisation aligns to the Defence legislative, contractual and policy controls in support of the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
