The Role As our Designer Elite , you will be instrumental in managing client projects, optimising business processes, and enhancing client experiences. You will: Create high-detail designs across a broad range of residential projects. Produce efficient output including CAD models and documentation sets. Manage client relationships effectively , ensuring timely project delivery and satisfaction. Develop, manage, and run client service systems in support of business needs. Prioritise and oversee the implementation of business projects, programs, methods and systems that meet company objectives. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain quality and efficiency. What We’re Looking For Minimum Cert IV in Interior Design or Building Design . 5-10 years of industry experience in residential design. Strong proficiency in SketchUp and Layout (essential) – other CAD programs are highly regarded. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and council requirements . Excellent project management skills – ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. A confident communicator who excels in client relations and team development .
