As part of a small specialised team, the Design and Delivery Specialist (Digital Transformation) will take the lead in facilitating change, focusing on designing and implementing products and services for Biosecurity Tasmania’s customers. Key Responsibilities Provide business analysis and project management services. Conduct research to explore and document solution options and business requirements. Champion methodologies and toolsets to improve project delivery. Build effective relationships and manage a wide range of stakeholders. Drive projects to implementation with a focus on quality customer experience. Hours per Fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation). Period of Appointment 2.5 years. Minimum Requirements Qualifications in business, technology, or relevant professional competence (e.g., IIBA BABOK Certification, Agile (Scrum/DSDM), 6 Sigma, BPMN, Quality Management) are highly regarded. Recognised project management certification (e.g., AIPM, PMI, Prince2, AgilePM) or equivalent experience is highly regarded. Experience in agile or scrum teams, comfortable using agile methods and tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence) or a willingness to adopt these. Experience in documenting and executing project and solution requirements throughout the project life cycle, including RFTs and RFQs, options papers, business cases, and user stories.
