Make an impact at Serco You will work within the End User Computing Service which is available on site at Fiona Stanley Hospital 24x7. You will be responsible for: Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level Support primarily for Printer Assets, but also support End User Computing equipment. Ensure End-to-End management of Incidents and requests. Provide initial technical triage and resolution at first contact where possible. Providing a high-quality technical support and customer service. Act in accordance with agreed and documented processes and procedures, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Test Management, Asset Management. Armed with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, you approach challenges with enthusiasm and personal drive, ensuring effective and timely solutions.To be successful in this role you’ll have: Previous experience in a technical customer service role. Experience within a Healthcare environment is preferred. Experience working within a Helpdesk/Service desk/Team environment. Experience in working in a KPI driven service with delivery outcomes.
