What you’ll be doing Atturra is looking for an experienced Desktop Specialist for a contract opportunity, to work within Cloud Business Solutions, delivering to our Atturra clients in Federal Government, Defence Project.Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is important for this role.This role is based in Canberra, full time on the Defence site. Additionally, holding an active AGSVA NV1 Clearance is a non-negotiable for this role.What will make you successful in this role? Technical Requirements: Desktop Expert Maintaining Desktop capability e.g. strong experience in Building windows 10 images Remote desktop services Application whitelisting in desktops Strong Understanding of Citrix MUST hold an active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance to be considered. Behavioural Requirements: Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change Ability to work independently and in a team environment High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
