About the Role The Onsite & Technical team offers professional, high-quality support to IAG employees and remote partners through dedicated onsite staff at key locations across AU and NZ. As a Senior Desktop Specialist, your role will involve delivering exceptional technology services, support, and expertise to the IAG business. Your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service and ensuring service delivery excellence that enhances the customer experience and meets business needs. You’ll also work closely with other technology teams and business stakeholders to contribute to project delivery, manage critical changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with the Technology roadmap, while fostering strong relationships with key business stakeholders and technology product owners. This is a permanent role based in Gadigal country (Sydney) . About You To be successful, you should have excellent communication and organisation skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the following experience: Minimum five years of experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, and printers Experience of Apple and Microsoft Windows OS including O365 product suite Experience in the provision of superior customer service and delivery to key stakeholder needs Experience working in a ServiceDesk / Onsite Support environment for a minimum of five years, preferably in a large corporate ICT environment Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them to a high standard with minimal supervision Well-developed coaching and mentoring skills Proven ability to adapt to new technical skills and methodologies Demonstrated Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management (ITIL) processes Applications close Sunday, 9th March 2025 23:59pm AEDT.
