Job Description Answering enquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery issues. Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful customer service to internal and external customers. Ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction; daily target of bookings are achieved. Troubleshoot, problem solve, and offer the best possible solution to customer queries including complaints. Prepare and enter despatch information into the DISTRIB computer system with very high accuracy and in a timely manner. Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers and provide administrative support within the process. Maintain Radaro (Transport Management System) daily. Use Radaro to prepare and route runs for sub-contractors. Report and log customer concerns or requirements to staff in other departments in an appropriate and timely manner to minimize customer dissatisfaction. Ensure Time and Attendance is adhered to within the company policies. Ensure coordination of OHS across the whole work site and implement safe work practices where necessary. Ensure escalated issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Assist in managing Delivery teams/Carriers. Complete despatch administration tasks daily. Any task directed by the Despatch Supervisor. Assist both dispatch and service departments if and when required as directed by the National Despatch Operations Manager. Qualifications Previous Despatch experience is preferred but not essential.
