We are calling you to contribute to our success and grow with us! Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CEO, as a DevOps Engineer, you will ensure the stability and performance of our financial trading systems, supporting end-to-end management of UAT testing, production implementation, and ongoing maintenance. You’ll streamline deployment processes, enhance system monitoring, and support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) in a secure environment. This role combines technical expertise in infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support to deliver high availability and scalability for our platforms. Infrastructure & CI/CD Pipeline Development Build and set up system infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment processes on MT4 and MT5 platforms. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistency across environments. Optimize CI/CD pipelines (using Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) to minimize manual intervention and adhere to security and compliance standards. UAT Testing & Production Support Lead the setup, configuration, and execution of UAT environments for MT4 and MT5, collaborating with QA and development teams. Manage production deployments on MT4 and MT5, ensuring smooth releases and monitoring post-deployment for stability and troubleshooting. Monitoring & Performance Optimization Set up alerts and monitor the health, performance, and security of production environments using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack. Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development and operations teams to address issues and continuously improve system performance. System Maintenance & Technical Support Deploy updates and fixes, provide Level 2 technical support, and develop scripts for system troubleshooting and automation. Investigate and resolve technical issues, maintaining production environments for reliability and availability. Documentation & Continuous Improvement Document processes, incident management, and best practices, focusing on MT4 and MT5-related operations. Review and improve DevOps workflows to enhance efficiency, security, and functionality, engaging in project management decisions to align with business objectives. Requirements 6-7 years in DevOps working with AWS, with hands-on experience in UAT testing, production deployments, and system maintenance in financial services or trading. Strong working experience with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platforms, including setup, deployment, and maintenance. Proficient in git workflows, with strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree or experience in large-scale fintech applications is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
