DevOps Engineer with Python Experience at Last Yard | Competitive Compensation | Perth CBD Last Yard, a top-tier SaaS provider serving Australia’s largest retailers, is seeking a DevOps Engineer with Python Development experience. As we continue to expand our team, we’re eager to find someone who thrives on managing the efficiency, reliability, and quality of digital platforms while contributing to the development of our product. Role Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will be maintaining the performance and integrity of the Last Yard platform while contributing to the development of the product. You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, working alongside product designers, managers, software engineers, and sales and marketing professionals. Your role will require you to effectively transform business requirements into technical solutions. Desired Skills & Experience You have a user-centric approach to technology. You're skilled at communicating technical concepts. You believe in the importance of organisational culture and purpose. You understand the value of metrics and visibility for effective decision-making. You're capable of guiding and mentoring junior engineers. Your ToolBox You will have at least 2-3 years of experience with some or all of the following technologies or equivalent: Infrastructure as Code - preferably Ansible or Pulumi RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus AWS Infrastructure: EC2, RDS / Aurora, CloudFront, ALB, WAF Postgres/SQL/Relational databases Python (Django) Why Last Yard?
