What this job involves: We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Development Site Sales Analyst to join our high-performing team! In this role, you will provide critical support to the team, conducting in-depth market research, financial analysis, and contributing to the successful execution of development site transactions. A snapshot of the role: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare detailed financial models and valuations for development sites. Assist in the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including offering memorandums and pitch books. Support the team in client presentations and property tours. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for due diligence processes. Maintain and update databases of comparable sales, market data, and client information. Contribute to the preparation of reports and market studies for clients and internal use. Assist in the coordination of the transaction process, including document management and communication with stakeholders. Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or a related field will be highly regarded. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with financial analysis software, Estate Master Feasibility software, and GIS platforms will be advantageous.
