IE is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Contract) with an agile mindset. This is an initial Melbourne based 3 month contract with a view to ongoing for the right candidate. The Role Reporting to a Lead BA, you will be responsible for gathering and translating client's business and system requirements into conceptual, functional, and technical requirements. This contract position would suit someone with some decent digital experience, who has the ability to hit the ground running. Lead in the discovery of new requirements for a new project with a technical lead Help run technical workshops to derive integrations and technical solutions Work with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are covered Document high-level requirements, integrations and migration flows into Confluence Assist with the estimation of the project to help get funding Create a delivery/implementation roadmap Ensure all identified project risks are captured and communicated to the stakeholders About You The person who creates order from chaos. You are focused and organised and love solving complex business problems. You navigate layers of stakeholder inputs and cross-functional communication calmly whilst always focusing on delivering business value. Strategy Planning - you can competently build a delivery roadmap Technical - You have had experience in design systems, content management systems, Salesforce and you understand APIs and web services. You are able to map integration between systems. Prior experience in headless technology, Salesforce and Sitecore is highly regarded. Problem Solver - You love solving problems and bring order to chaos Multi-Tasker - You are confident at managing multiple competing Product Owners or Exec Stakeholders simultaneously while improving team/project outcomes Strong Communicator - You are comfortable interacting candidly and transparently across a broad number of stakeholders from technical teams, to business teams to senior leadership Able to zoom in and out - You can see the bigger picture and dive into the detail Process-Orientated - You love attention to detail and are highly organised Agile - you are a self-starter and love working in a fast-paced environment. You can jump in and get things done to help out other teams Highly Collaborative - You’re able to build trust with colleagues across all levels and disciplines. Why Us?
