Digital Change and Release Analyst - Flexible

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Change and Release Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive system, functional, integration, and regression testing activities. Your work will ensure that all testing aligns with QBCC frameworks, policies, and governance controls, under the guidance of the Digital Change and Release Manager. This is a key position in our digital transformation efforts, where your expertise will contribute to the smooth and successful deployment of innovative solutions. This position is based in Brisbane and flexible arrangements can be considered upon application, including working remotely at a regional QBCC office subject to availability. If working from a regional office, travel to the Brisbane office will be required for any operational business needs and may involve travel outside of normal office hours and/or overnight accommodation. Key Outcomes And Accountabilities Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies, plan, design, record and execute test cases and scripts. Undertake defect identification, classification, management and reporting. Undertake peer reviews of test cases for accuracy, completeness, and traceability to business requirements. Execute testing and support, and mentor Business Users through System Integration and User Acceptance Testing activities. Candidate Attributes Demonstrated experience and ability to create test designs and test scripts from requirements specifications to enable functional, regression and integration testing. Experience working in Agile teams with the ability to clearly discuss storyboards and run iterations, scrums and daily sprints. Large project exposure ideal. Demonstrated experience in the use of systems testing software and tools, and experience in providing quality documentation, status reports and other communications. Exposure to Tosca tool is desirable. Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
