About the Role At Allara Group , we’re embarking on an exciting journey to revamp our e-learning courses with a fresh, creative vision . As a Digital Design Lead , you’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and engagement of our digital learning experiences. This is an opportunity to redefine our course design , introducing innovative visuals, interactivity, and UX-driven solutions that elevate hospitality training. Key Responsibilities Creative & Strategic Leadership – Lead the transformation of our e-learning courses, introducing a bold, modern, and engaging design direction. Visual & Interactive Design – Design high-quality course assets using Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital tools , ensuring a premium learning experience. UX/UI & Web Design Integration – Apply basic web design and UX principles to improve interactivity and learner engagement. Design Standards & Rollout – Develop and maintain creative guidelines, ensuring consistency and scalability across courses. Innovation & Experimentation – Stay ahead of trends in digital learning , proposing and implementing fresh ideas for course design and delivery. Collaboration & Influence – Work closely with instructional designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative concepts to life. Project & Workflow Input – Provide design insights that inform project planning, timelines, and resource allocation. About You A visionary digital designer with experience in e-learning, multimedia, or interactive content design . Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital design tools (basic web design/UX knowledge is a plus). Ability to conceptualise and roll out new design visions , ensuring modern, scalable, and effective learning experiences. A creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate learning concepts into visually engaging experiences. Passion for innovation in digital learning and a drive to push creative boundaries. Experience working with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate or Evolve) is beneficial but not essential. Why Join Us?
