Let us talk about the roles and responsibilities: Capgemini is hiring a Digital Experience Architect with extensive expertise in surveys, feedback, digital transformation , and NPS uplift to drive customer-centric solutions across multiple channels. If you're passionate about architecting transformative digital experiences and have the right skills, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and management of surveys and feedback systems (e.g., Qualtrics , and others) to gather customer insights. Collaborate on strategies to enhance NPS through digital channels. Develop and deliver roadmaps , transformation plans , and target state solutions . Address challenges in customer interactions (episodic, interaction surveys) across web, chat, mobile , and other touchpoints. Utilize Decision Engines , Tag Management , Analytics , Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) , and more to enhance the customer experience. Drive initiatives around Microservices , APIs , Mini-Apps , and Event-Driven Architecture to create scalable solutions. Work on capability models and the value chain for survey capabilities within the enterprise. Oversee the integration of customer data with core systems and data repositories . Provide excellent communication and lead stakeholder management across teams and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Deep expertise in Qualtrics or similar platforms. Proven experience in digital channels and driving NPS uplift . Strong ability to define roadmaps , transformations , and solutions at the enterprise level. Expertise in delivering solutions for interaction and episodic surveys across multiple platforms (web, mobile, chat, etc.). Proficiency in Decision Engines , Tag Management , Analytics , and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). Hands-on experience with Microservices , APIs , Mini-Apps , and Event-Driven Architecture . Strong background in enterprise architecture and developing capability models . Solid experience with customer data sourcing and integration with core systems . Exceptional communication and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders effectively.
