Description:The Role The Digital Health Project Officer is responsible for planning, delivering, and promoting the adoption of data and digital health solutions in primary and aged care, in alignment with the strategic objectives of Adelaide PHN. Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple interrelated activities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A good understanding of digital health systems and tools used in primary health and aged care sectors. Good presentation skills.
