Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Job Title: Project Manager Enterprise Agreement: Varied Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administration Job Function: Administration & Leadership Project: As the Project Manager for the 100,000 lives - Future Health Today Project, you will lead the implementation of a program of clinical decision and education supports across 40 general practices in the Western Health catchment. The project is a collaborative initiative between Western Health (WH) and the University of Melbourne (UoM), funded by Safer Care Victoria. It aims to implement the WH UoM partnered Future Health Today (FHT) clinical decision support software into 40 general practices in the WH catchment over a 2-year period. The use of FHT by general practice staff will be supported with technical and clinical education, in addition to outreach clinical support to assist in providing best care and practice level quality improvement. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes, manage risks, and oversee project documentation, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
