Add expected salary to your profile for insights Exciting Role Temporary, Full-time, Brisbane | Support the program delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects and initiatives to our customers across Queensland Health for the benefit of all Queenslanders. The role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the successful delivery of specialised ICT projects and small work packages within Queensland Health. In this role, you will coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and align with enterprise standards. Key responsibilities include: Delivering and reporting on work packages Managing resources and budgets Supporting risk and issue mitigation Maintaining accurate project files in compliance with Queensland Health policies Assisting Program Delivery and Project Managers with reporting, administrative tasks, and staff recruitment and onboarding Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies Fostering effective stakeholder communication The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, budget management, governance, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2. You will demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and possess the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively. While a relevant qualification is not mandatory, it will be highly regarded, as will expertise in tools like Microsoft Office, MS Project Online, and SAP systems. Flexibility for out-of-hours work may be required, and adjustments to the workplace can be accommodated to support an inclusive environment.
