We are a dynamic digital and creative agency, delivering creative campaigns that connect brands with their audiences. We specialise in paid media, organic content, creative production, and brand strategy. We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team, someone who can manage client accounts, execute marketing campaigns, and bring a creative edge to our work. About the Role In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, managing their marketing activity while also getting hands-on with creative execution. Your day-to-day will include: Manage and oversee monthly client projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs Designing static ads, eDMs, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite or Figma Maintain detailed records of client communications, project progress, and performance metrics Briefing in and executing creative concepts and collaborating with designers, videographers, photographers and content creators Writing compelling ad copy, eDMs, and social media captions Optimising paid media accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) and tracking performance daily (Bonus) Editing photos in Lightroom or handling basic videography About You: You’re a creative thinker with a strategic mindset. You’re just as comfortable managing client expectations as you are rolling up your sleeves and designing an eDM. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and love seeing ideas come to life. 3+ years experience in digital marketing, account management, or a creative role Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic content strategies Well versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma Excellent communication and copywriting skills Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects Experience with eDM platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) (Bonus) Lightroom or basic videography/editing skills Why Join Us?
