As they continue to grow and expand their presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and own all digital marketing processes across the brand.About the role: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s online presence, customer engagement, and digital growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase online sales, and support our wholesale partnerships.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth across e-commerce, social media, email, and paid advertising channels. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition. Oversee content creation, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity, voice, and storytelling. Lead social media strategy, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand presence. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts, improve conversion rates, and drive customer retention. Manage website content, SEO strategies, and UX enhancements to ensure an optimized customer journey. Collaborate with the sales team to support wholesale accounts through tailored digital marketing initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing tactics to keep the brand competitive. What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, and email. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Passion for fashion and a solid understanding of the fashion retail landscape.
