Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) 12 month contract, flexible and hybrid working Paid search and paid social experience A MUST $430 per day + super PLUS additional leave included in total package Exciting opportunity for a seasoned Paid Search Specialist with strong paid search and paid social exposure to join a leading global SaaS tech organisation within a growing and supportive team. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the digital marketing managers with campaign implementation, reporting, optimisation and testing Developing and executing bidding, targeting and inventory trading strategies. Implementing, QA, and troubleshooting ad campaigns, using DSP platforms & other ad tech solutions Managing campaign timelines and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders Coordinating campaign and asset requirements with the XD, creative agency and internal stakeholders Providing a supporting role in the response to marketing briefs for seasonal campaigns including channel strategy, creative recommendations and performance forecasts Assisting in defining goals and targets for campaign activity Managing day-to-day budget pacing, performance and results against business goals and KPIs Working with the broader acquisition marketing team to align on best practice, bid and creative strategies Participating in regular meetings with key stakeholders to report on campaign performance Contributing to paid media roadmap including strategies, processes, and tools to drive growth in collaboration with online acquisition marketing managers. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on paid media campaigns (metrics like reach, engagement, community size, website visits, etc). Experience you will need to be considered for this role: Approx. 3+ years SEM and paid social experience Hands on proficiency across key industry tools; SA360, DV360 Knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape. Have a keen interest in small business finance, fintech and SaaS. Proven knowledge and expertise in online acquisition (programmatic, SEM, paid social, mobile) tactics and best practices, including leveraging customer insights Experience with SA360, DV360, Adobe Analytics, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, or similar platforms. An understanding of attribution modeling across paid and organic media channels. Team player with a client partnership mindset to interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, updates and results to business partners on various levels. Customer-focused – tenacious about understanding customer behaviors, and passionate about delighting customers at every touch point.
