ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, this exciting opportunity will support the growth of L’Occitane Australia by contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy from campaign and content development, execution, and reporting across all owned and affiliate platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage activities and initiatives according to the digital marketing commercial plan Collaborate with in-house designer and support the development of assets required for all digital channels (social media, paid ads, website/mobile, eDMs) Manage and improve online content/copy that is SEO compliant Develop weekly and monthly reports on conversion metrics across website using Google Analytics, SFCC, and various digital platforms Measure the commercial performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools Develop reports and share monthly insights with the wider team to develop optimisation plans Own all website updates, including landing page creation, and SKU management. Knowledge of SFCC is advantageous for this position Maintain website functionality at all times that can assist with driving online sales conversions ABOUT YOU: 1-2 years’ experience working with an eCommerce CMS, ideally SFCC Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment Solid understanding of web design principles and analytics Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across departments PERKS/REWARDS: Flexible core work hours/hybrid working model Generous staff discounts on L’Occitane products Generous paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers!
