The Role As the Website Optimisation & Design Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management, optimisation, and enhancement of our website. From troubleshooting functionality issues to designing visually stunning updates, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, on-brand experience for our customers while driving measurable business results. Responsibilities Oversee daily website functionality, ensuring optimal performance, security, and responsiveness across devices. Monitor, identify, and resolve technical issues, such as bugs and broken links, promptly. Collaborate with marketing to implement website updates, seasonal promotions, and campaign landing pages, while maintaining accurate and visually compelling content. Create engaging banners, graphics, and layouts that align with the brand’s identity and enhance the user experience. Analyse user behaviour using heatmaps and analytics to improve navigation, usability, and the overall customer journey. Drive A/B testing to optimise page layouts, CTAs, and product displays for better engagement and conversions. Optimise content for search engines and leverage tools like Google Analytics to track performance, recommend improvements, and boost key metrics. Partner with developers and marketing teams to align campaigns, implement technical updates, and enhance product launch pages. Skills & Experience Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva, with expertise in UX/UI principles for e-commerce optimisation. Skilled in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to track performance and implement A/B testing with platforms like Optimizely or Google Optimise. Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword strategies, and website performance tools to enhance speed and search visibility. Demonstrated success in designing and optimising product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to boost conversions. Experienced in troubleshooting website issues, ensuring uptime, and collaborating with developers and marketing teams effectively.
