Digital Performance & Optimisation Senior Manager ZIMMERMANN is seeking a driven and analytical Digital Performance & Optimisation Senior Manager to join our expanding global digital team. This role will be instrumental in driving the continuous improvement of our digital client experience through data-driven strategies. About the role: The Digital Performance & Optimisation Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy and experimentation roadmap for the end-to-end digital client experience. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis and a passion for optimizing digital performance. Working with a variety of stakeholders, you will implement experiments and enhancements to optimise our regional websites, user journeys, content, and post-purchase touchpoints aiming to maximise engagement and conversion. This role will be based in our global headquarters in Rosebery, NSW with a hybrid work arrangement. Key responsibilities will include: Strategy and Benchmarking: Define and execute a comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy, focused on enhancing the digital client experience across all platforms and operational touchpoints. This involves aligning with business objectives and establishing ongoing benchmarking to understand client expectations and monitor industry trends for innovative service experiences. Experimentation Roadmap Development and Execution: Develop and implement a data-driven experimentation roadmap, leveraging analytics, user research, and A/B/multivariate testing to optimize the end-to-end client journey. This includes website, content, and mobile optimization, conversion funnel analysis, and the creation of personalized experiences. This role will collaborate with the Global Head of Digital, Ecommerce & Omnichannel Director, and Digital Delivery Senior Manager to define KPIs, manage project teams, and deliver experimentation initiatives within agreed scope and budget. Continuous monitoring and adaptation are essential to drive ongoing improvement. Reporting, Analysis, and Cross-Functional Alignment: Establish robust KPI reporting and analysis to support CRO initiatives, including maintaining data layer structures and developing automated dashboards with the BI function. The role will also focus on assessing internal processes, enhancing digital communication, and building strong relationships with teams across all regions. Providing regular feedback on client experience performance across key touchpoints is crucial for driving business alignment and continuous improvement. What you will bring to the role: Extensive Experience: 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), UX/Digital Client Experience, or Ecommerce Leadership. CRO & Analytics Proficiency: Proven expertise with CRO tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Content Square, Optimizely), A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data analytics. Data & Presentation Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for modelling, analysis, research, and presentation creation. Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly. Ecommerce Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of current E-Commerce shopping trends. Influence & Prioritisation: Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why work with us?
