About the role... We are seeking a skilled Digital Printer/Customer Service Representative with experience in all aspects of the print and the production process. From quoting, stock selection, problem solving, an idea’s person and a Print Solutions expert. Customer relationship role With focus on Digital Print, experience with Konica Minolta and Canon Printers are an advantage, but not essential. Knowledge of all aspects of digital print methods from stock selection to artwork & printing Prepress check & liaise with our Graphic Design Team Experience with programs like Print Smith, Adobe, Word and Illustrator is an advantage This role does not involve any Graphic Design work Post Press capabilities with all aspects of finishing methods, guillotine use & despatch when required About you.... A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role within the industry. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines. A strong commitment to customer relationship satisfaction. Highly proficient computer skills. A strong attention to detail and quality. A team-oriented mindset with a desire to help others succeed. You are enthusiastic with a strong willingness to learn with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
