About the Role In this position you will focus on identifying, testing, piloting, and implementing strategic digital initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes, that increase equity of access to primary care services. The Digital Technology Manager will lead digital technology projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to foster innovative solutions, streamline processes, and deliver results to enable digitally enabled models of care in primary care. Committed to achieving excellence, the Digital Technology Manager champions continuous improvement, business cases for investment in digital innovations, and builds strong partnerships to ensure successful delivery of projects that drive meaningful change in primary care. The successful candidate will have: Qualifications and/or five years of demonstrated experience delivering digital and transformational change. Proficient at building robust and sustainable stakeholder relationships demonstrating consistent personal values that complement the PHN’s. Experience with collaborative and agile ways of working and managing teams in an agile framework. Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality complex change initiatives on time and within the budget, meeting and exceeding customer needs and requirements. Comprehension of the challenges of digital transformation in the healthcare sector. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and present with credibility to engage varied audiences & influence and negotiate with others to solve problems and conflicts. Demonstrated understanding and proven commitment to supporting health equity and access for marginalised populations, including First Nations People. Desirable criteria: Experience implementing technological change and innovation in the primary healthcare sector. Experience working with data, including predictive analytics.
