The Opportunity Digital Test Analyst 6 Month Fixed Term Contract / Full Time Hybrid Work - 2 days in the office Reporting to the Digital Experience and Delivery Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital projects through comprehensive testing practices. Key responsibilities: Manage and execute a comprehensive suite of test cases/scripts to validate new and existing functions. Conduct professional testing for various projects using industry-standard practices. Ensure all changes meet functional requirements and do not negatively impact users. Provide subject matter expertise and leadership in testing to project, Digital, and Technology teams, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Thoroughly analyse requirements, solution designs, and documentation to ensure adequate test coverage. Design tests that meet business requirements, ensuring compliance with standards. Execute tests to maintain function, data, process, and system integrity. Collaborate with project teams to log and resolve defects, adhering to change management protocols. Advocate for effective testing methodologies and tools to achieve quality outcomes. About you You are passionate about ensuring high-quality digital experiences through rigorous testing practices and have a proven background in testing within complex financial services or digitally focused environments. You are familiar with tools such as DevOps, Acurity, Global 360 Workflow, VMware, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. An understanding of agile methodologies is essential, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
