Job Description - Digital Web Specialist (250000AG) Job Number: 250000AG About the role At RACQ, we’re good people doing good things, making a positive impact every day, with opportunities to learn, grow, and be more. We’re seeking a Digital Web Specialist to maintain high-quality digital experiences that enhance RACQ’s product communication and member experience. You will provide expertise in content management, digital governance, and optimisation across website channels to ensure content is relevant, valuable, and aligned with RACQ’s standards and tone of voice. Improve and optimise web journeys on RACQ’s websites to ensure they remain relevant and valuable to members. Collaborate with content authors and stakeholders across RACQ to improve content quality and drive a better member experience. Manage the output and quality standards of RACQ’s digital journeys, including landing pages, key product pages, and personalised content. Conduct content audits and reporting. Optimise digital channels and content experience. Ensure web content meets editorial, quality, usability, and accessibility standards, and work with the optimisation team to implement SEO strategies. Assist in creating and directing RACQ’s digital content strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business. About you Digital design, e-commerce or related field or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in digital content creation and management. Can simplify complex ideas into visually engaging webpages. Can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knowledge of SEO, web usability, best practices in digital channels. Proficient in Figma and building web prototypes. Proficient in HTML/CSS, web accessibility, web content management, and digital production. Why join RACQ?
