About the Role Reporting to the Customer Campaigns Lead, you will help drive sales results, nurture our database and grow customer loyalty through our engaging and personalised direct customer offers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and executes on time direct communications to our database with promotional programs, campaigns and events aligning with The Good Guys activity plan and CX strategies. Design, build and send direct communication offers through email and SMS utilising The Good Guys digital marketing platform, brand templates and approved digital experiences. Design and implement competition entry forms that ensure functionality, compliance with legal requirements, and an optimal user experience. Design and implement customer-facing trigger messages, including form submission confirmations, error messages, and reminders. Customize email templates to align with branding and marketing campaigns as required, maintaining consistency with the brand's tone and style guidelines. Participates in quarterly knowledge and training sessions on best proactive use of The Good Guys preferred marketing suite. Calculate customer award liability for individual loyalty offers. Analyse campaign data and develop forecasting models to inform future campaigns within approved budgets. Maintain a library of campaign creative and templates up to date for campaign planning and delivery to customers. Work collaboratively with Marketing cross functional teams, agencies to create content that supports online and in store sales conversion. Administer data capture and tagging framework for emails sent from The Good Guys whilst ensuring the validity and effectiveness of reporting insights. Maintain up to date knowledge of customer take up, open rates and conversion from offers deployed by The Good Guys appointed marketing suite. Review reporting methodologies and data integrity regularly. Contribute to work in progress meetings and deliver required actions. About You HTML coding ability.
