Our team The Minerals, Energy and Groundwater Division delivers pre-competitive geoscience data, analysis and tools to government, industry and communities, informing exploration and sustainable resource development decisions. The role The Minerals, Energy and Groundwater Division is looking for a Director with exemplary people and program leadership capabilities to help shape and lead the successful delivery of the RAP initiative. The role requires a strategic mindset focused on realising opportunities for scientific work program coordination and collaboration, strong influencing skills and the ability to successfully manage a multi-disciplinary team. As Director – Resources Program, Delivery and Support, you will: Apply strategic thinking to shape and drive the medium-term direction of the RAP initiative. Proactively build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Drive the achievement of outcomes and benefits for the RAP initiative. Lead the Coordination Directorate and develop and oversee its functions. Manage the benefits realisation, risk management, contracts and procurement, and First Nations engagement and partnerships functions. Provide strategic advice and support to the Senior Management Team and RAP initiative governance bodies.
