The opportunity We are now inviting applications for the opportunity of Director Group Agency Platforms (Solution Train) for Government Technology Platforms, within Digital NSW as it transforms to become the state's trusted partner to enable accessible and secure digital platforms and services for the citizens and business of NSW. Reporting to the Executive Director, Government Technology Platforms, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for the end-to-end management of a portfolio (multiple Release Trains) connected through integrated platforms and digital products that underpin critical services across all-of government. These technology eco-systems enable customer-centric outcomes and joined-up experiences. The role is accountable for ensuring platform relevancy, sustainability and resilience, advocating for funding and resourcing, ensuring consistency, continuous improvement and effective delivery of strategic initiatives that achieve organisational objectives. What you will bring to this role Proven leadership in product-oriented contexts, including driving process, system and culture improvements to increase product team productivity and effectiveness Extensive knowledge and experience in servant and transformational leadership to deliver critical services and outcomes Proven experience in communicating to broad and diverse audiences, including demonstrated ability in delivery large scale reusable outcomes Extensive experience in delivery of digital platform improvement across a range of technologies Proven digital delivery experience including effectively managing completing outcomes in a constrained environment Demonstrated effectiveness in managing complex multi-million-dollar budgets and delivery Experience in leading and managing program governance in a large organisation Demonstrated knowledge and experience in operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
